Tweeked a few Buttons

Small news, but just so everyone knows:

The "New Post (Popluar) and No New Posts (Locked) buttons have been updated to correctly reflect the state of said Forum Thread.

Also, keep in mind that some buttons and icons used in this forum come from a Photobucket account; if Photobucket is down for maintenance at any given time, you will see big ugly white boxes with the Photobucket icon on it in place of our pretty little pictures. Please be patient during their fix'em-up processes.
